Half pint of canadian
Half pint of strongbow
One shot of blue curacao

Called it the green death, made for some very interesting evenings in my younger days.

I go to Habaneros in Leduc it's a great Mexican restaurant! Get a draft beer with an iceberg, it's lime slush in the beer. It's awesome!

Mexican Bulldog... It's the only one I've ever tried.

It tastes better than a beer-garita, I'm told.

Quote:
Mexican Bulldog Margarita recipe

1 oz of tequila
Lime margarita mix
1 Corona

Mix tequila and margarita mix. Salt rim of a large glass and pour mixture in. Take the bottle of Corona and flip it upside down into the glass. If you’re making the frozen version, simply place ice in a blender along with the tequila and margarita mix. The amount of ice needed will vary depending upon the size of the glass.

It got in my mouth... Offended my taste buds, after acquiring a taste for good whiskey.

Any whiskey, really !

* I used to live close to 2 breweries, Keiths & Olands, and can't stand the smell (or taste, really) of beer any more...

Not to offend drinking a nice cold one straight up, cause I LOVE BEER. It's nice to mix it up once and while with whatever you feel like at the time! Cold Beer goes with almost anything! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Beer Margaritas: 1 can of frozen LimeAid, equal parts of Tequila 5 or 6 Beer of your choice and top up with ice. Delicious on a hot day to change it up. Use with extreme caution as I have seen quite a few people go down after a few drinks if they are not used to it or on an empty stomach. My favourite story is at a family reunion on my wife's side in Cypress Hills. While everyone was sitting around in the heat of the day I decided to mix a pitcher up for the group. I had just met most of them and wanted to leave a lasting impression. There was a mixture of ages so I poured a beverage for anyone who was willing. Before some of the old cats tried to get out of their lawn chairs I made sure I poured them a second glass which they willingly consumed. By this time some had to use the bathroom and everyone had a good laugh watching people stand up and find their balance and motor skills had been impaired in a short period of time. Some had to go rest in their RV before supper. Family still talks and laughs about it and I was welcomed into the family easily. lol Dog

Beer cocktails are for people who don't like beer. Give grandma and her bridge club their shandies.

Come on now Oky, which has more punch straight beer ( which I prefer) or beer with Tequila and a little lime. Lol I agree with you on the beer, but this cocktail is not for Grandma and her Bridge club

Gas line antifreeze packs even more punch, but I've never drank a six pack of that.
