Default X bow sighting in issue

I bought a used crossbow for my wife (10 point) at 20 yards dead on but when I shoot it at 30 yards it shoots about 18" to the right. The elevation is dead on, I have no idea why it's doing this. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

Are you shooting field points or broadheads? Are you cocking the bow using a cocking aid or are you hauling on the string with your bare hands? Fletching clearance? When the cock feather is in the rail is it bottoming out or does it have clearance? Lots to ponder........it is a compound crossbow correct?

It's a compound and using a rope aid to cock it and using target points. I will check and see if the bolt fetching is hitting along the inside of the rail. Thanks
