You have to call them and get a requisition number and then send it to them in new jersey. Pretty easy

Never sent one personally but two guys I know sent Binoculars in for a service, clean etc and were very satisfied with the service. Long and short, they are the only ones I would trust to work on Swaro gear so give them a try and let us know how you make out.

I sent mine in through Corlanes. For 250 bucks my binocs came back with new lenses and a lot of other work. These had been highly abused. Very pleased with how they turned out.

I just got my binos back from them . Just call them . They email a shipping lable.
they clean service and make any required repairs and ship back to you.
Great service. If not covered under warranty they will call you with a cost estimate. 50 dollars to change a lens I damaged is cheap as borsh IMO.

I sent in a very old set a year or so ago.
I had bought them used and had not paid a lot.
They said they could not be fixed but they sent me a brand new set. I think I paid around $500.
I was more than pleased with that.

We sent in three for cleaning and repair. They sent a wrong, older, model as replacement for son but when notified error was corrected with same model replacement. The other was repaired free of charge and one just cleaned. Overall customer service was excellent. We paid shipping there only and they covered shipping back on all three as well as the wrong model if I remember correctly.
