No, not yet but I definitely am going to try them out in my Ruger No1 AH 25-06. I would like to see what others have found for results and what powder they have used with them.

Loaded some in 257 WBY, haven't shot yet but from hearing some other guys talk about them I'm expecting good results. Cabelas had a sale on for black friday, about 20% off ELDX. Might still be reduced.

I am going to load imr 4831

Yup. IMR 4831. Sighted in at 100M. 12” drop at 300M puts my velocity close to 3200 ft/s.
Accuracy was better than the 100 interlocks at 3100ft/s.

MY choice is 110 AccuBonds for accuracy and hunting bullet.
Use it in 257WBY @ 3430 fps

257 WM, 73.5gr H1000, 110 ELDX 3430 FPS in my vanguard first light shoots 3 shots into .650" at 100 yards

257 WM, 70 gr IMR 7828, 110 ELDX 3400 FPS same gun shoots 3 shot groups into .580" at 100 yards.

Just for the record IMR 4350 also shot really well also, under 1" but was max load and only 3250 FPS, RL25 was terrible in my gun

For now i'm loading IMR 7828 as Im out of H1000.

Both loads are near max in my gun so work up slowly, absolutely polaxes game, antelope this fall 327 yds lights out, haven't tried it on anything bigger yet but should be fine.

I used Hornady precision hunter ammunition this year in my 25-06. They are loaded with the 110 eld-x bullet.

The results on game were nothing short of spectacular and at the range the rounds were unbelievably accurate (.625) at 200 metres.

In a couple weeks when KS arms gets my 25-06 rebarrel finished I will be trying the 110gr eldx with RL23. Hoping to be right around 3150-3200 FPS with the 22” barrel. Love the 143 eldx in my 6.5-284

Get KS Arms to chamber it in 25 Gibbs and you will be over 3400 fps

It would be interesting to hear how these shoot.
I’m running R22 and IMR 4350 for Barnes TSX and Sierra GK.
I want to see how well the Barnes shoot first but the SST’s and ELD X were originally what I was looking at the time ended up grabbing what was left on the shelves.
The 100gr Game Kings are deadly!! Would like to try my 25-06 on some prairie goats.

How does OACL play into things?

I haven’t had anything really shine out of my model 700 in 257 wby yet... sub-moa is common but I want hole on hole accuracy. I have dialed back the charges and seated bullets out about .100 off the lands (117 SST and 120 Speer soft points over H1000). I’d like to try the ELD-X as well, the 6.5 PRC cloverleafs them with 55g H1000.

I hope you went with a fast twist to shoot the 131 blackjack. There’s also rumours of more high BC bullets may be announced after SHOT. I’m going with a 1 in 7.25” twist.
