Default Arrow lube

I was shooting last night with my girlfriend and she was having a hard time pulling the arrows for me ( I have a broken ankle) and was wondering if anyone has experience with arrow lube and if it makes that big of a difference?

I bought a "dabber" of oil lube and it works great. I've heard you an use armor all too or soap.

use one of those gripper cloths when pulling arrows. Lube etc can make other things slippery, attract dust and dirt.

Best I have seen is Scorpion arrow pull lube... just a dab on arrow point only and 50% easier...each applicatio lasts a night too...
That combined with decent arrow puller...piece of cake...I use both of the AMP's

Have used "Ivory Soap" for years. It's cheap and doesn't have chemicals in it that other soaps have so won't damage your arrows. Like it because it's not going to get on your arrow puller like a lot of lubes. Makes it tough to pull arrows if the puller has lube on it too.

Do we really need a thread about your girlfriend lubing your arrow?!?

Ask HER if adequate lube makes a difference.

Just make sure to aim straight and offer to clean up afterwards.

You only need lube if you are putting your arrow in a different hole.

Default Thanks for the advice.

I'll keep that in mind 3blade. I tried a hastings hot stick wipe and it worked really well, arrows came out way easier for her.

all in good fun, welcome to the forum. the maturity level on here is actually quite high, till you mention politics, girls, FN's, access, caliber, bow brand....ummm...never mind. LOL. pretty surprised i beat Lefty to it, he's probably busy wing shooting fruit flies with a 90 lb mongol horsebow.

Good job in keeping up the practice even when injured...awesome that you have a girl who will help you with that.
