Build your own! Save $100g. I did mine in 31 days, start to finish including bulldozing trees, hauling in fill, etc.
Mine is only 40x50 though.
A forklift is absolutely necessary, or a hylift for lifting trusses and walls.

If you decide to do it yourself and you need to do grade work. If you rent the equipment I will come run it for you.

UFA in Fort Saskatchewan built mine, a 32' X 48'. They arrived on Monday morning and hung the overhead door on Wednesday afternoon, finished. I'm happy with their work.

Mine is 40 x 60. 20" x 8" footing. 51/2' frost wall. 15' ceiling. Tin inside and out. Totally finished. Materials were $31k, labour $16k, cement and dirt work $ 50k. Electrical was $8k The floor slopes 2" in from the outside to the center with a 1' wide by 20' long sump. this was back in 08.

I got quotes to build a 40 x 60 pole shed, fully enclosed with overhead door, man door, windows. Just gravel floor, for parking the 5-wheel, boat and toys. I never got it built last year but hopefully this year. 5 quotes were all around 40 to 45 thousand fully built.

Op do you want a pole shed or stick built on a foundation? Pole sheds are the way to go I think if you are not going to finish the inside.

I was quoted a price of $70000 for a 30x75x20 with a mezzanine 30x20. Concrete was going to be another $ 25000.
