Trapping course level 2

Who gives out the course?
Is it posible for the course to be given between the hours of 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.?
I took the standard course but I want to get farther.
I really enjoy trapping
What are some places in Alberta where I could buy some traps that all legal for trapping coyotes?
I would also want to buy some mink traps, a fleshing knife?
