Built one out of some scrap plywood. Used crazy Carpet to line the bottom and some plastic runners to help keep it straight. Some odds and ends to make the a-frame and shock absorber. 2 foot by 4 feet long 1 foot high. Works awesome, pull it with my old moto ski 340 and my buddies 377 skandic

That shock absorber looks pretty sweet. Good idea.

An upgrade over the crazy carpet would be puck board. We used this under our calf sleds and in cattle stalls. Dont know the bending radius of it but its pretty durable.

Good idea, I had an old crazy carpet on hand. This was basically 'free' because all the material was just laying around the garage. I know the first couple times it hits a stump it will be torn but for now it glides pretty good
