Default Coyote Pelts

My buddy and I do a fair amount of coyote hunting. We're not really interested in skinning and preserving the pelts. What would be fair value for these critters, just as they are; and is there anyone interested? We live in Calgary. Thanks for reading.

Really depends on fur quality and how much they are shot up. What some guys do is just freeze them and once you have a number of them try and sell them as a package - I'm sure someone will give you an average for all.

I know I would but I'm north of Edmonton.....

If any of you guys are shooting them and tossing them I will take them off your hands if they don't have a huge hole in them. PM me if you have any to get rid of. I live in Sherwood park

We have a deal with Hutterites, coyotes for chickens. Think we'll start skinning, and freezing them. Sell them late winter. A guy replied on this thread from north of Edmonton. Says he would be an interested buyer..........

We sell our coyotes whole for about 20-25$ each. I have been thinking about skinning them as they would be worth more tho

Any amount of money is too much for some shot up pelt. The manufacturers don't want shot up coyotes no more. .22 shot coyotes that the snowmobiles shoot will be fine tho, but it is illegal even tho some people can shoot deer out of helicopters with assault riles.
