Default Lakeland PP Lakes

Anyone been out to Pinehurst, seibert or spencer yet?

If so, how's the ice? How much snow? and how does the Seibert trail look so far?

Thanks.

Haven't been up to the three you mentioned but spent a week up at Fork Lake for Xmas.

Ice was solid black 14" and not much snow up that way. No floodwater yet that I could see.

No problem driving on with an SUV and saw a 3/4 ton driving on.

C & R'ed a few pike on Fork nothing over 3-4 lbs.

Fishing was spotty and slow during the day and picked up around 3:30-5 pm.

I was on Pinehurst about 3 weeks ago. 11”” where i drilled to check thickness. I was Spencer and Seibert last weekend, 18”” on Seibert and I never bothered to measure Spencer but would guess it’s close to the same as Seibert

Just curious if anyone has any info on ice thickness for Garner lake? I’m thinking of heading up this weekend and would like to be able to drive on

We went in on Dec 28th, a tree did fall closer to Spencer on the trail, a "new" route around was made by someone, a little tight to navigate with a sled, pretty tight turn. Fishing was slow hard to get them over 50cm now, lots of 49's. Ice was close to 2ft. Best bite was just before dark we found.

I was really hoping the walleye wouldn't start stunting in that lake. We landed a few beauties 2 years ago 60-64CM range, but last year everything was around 50-53cm. Hoping to slam a few mid 60's this year.
