Default Kids outdoors camp

Hey guys. I have a young one that has been begging for a trapping/hunting summer camp for kids. We are in the Reddeer area. Any help would be great. Thanks

It might be too late to register, but look into the alberta wild sheep foundation’s youth camp. My older son went last year when they had it down in the Crowsnest Pass, he had a BLAST, so this year i signed both of my sons up for it.
They’re holding it in the cadomin area this year.
They build their own shelter, fish, hike, shoot archery, learn about trapping and survival... i truly can’t say enough about the program and the men and women who volunteer to make it happen.
Also, there’s bussing for the kids too.
The information is on their website, but it might be too late to register. I’m m not sure.

Dad or grandpa is the best camping partner for 10 year olds.

Absolutely on the dad and grandpa. This little fella has taken his share of rabbits and squirrels and has been beside me for a few bears and deer. He loves the outdoors so just looking for a cool experience for him in the summer
