Default Cardiff Pond

Lots of little 6 to 8 inch dinky rainbows, maybe the odd 10 incher, eager to bite almost any combo of fur or feather. Stocked last week but may not be many left by the end of the month looking at all the white pails beside the meat fishers!

Yeah, it would be faster if they just waited for the stocking truck and get it dumped directly into their pails. Less money on bait. They might charge $2.50 to $3.00 a fish

That lake has been like that for many years. The second it gets stocked, you see the 5 gallon pails come on down to fish it out unfortunately.

White pail bait guys were not doing so good out there today. I was out catching the ones i could see 4 to 1 easy with a little silver spinner. Just catch and release with a single hook setup.

I was surprised actually. Doesnt always happen as i dont use bait ever, so ill gloat a little while i can.

They are excellent garnish for ACA pheasant fresh off the truck. Just where do you guys get off with your "catch and release" you are exercising the trout too much and making them tough!
