Just wondering what the lake/reservoir conditions are like with all this warm weather we've had the last couple of days. looking to get out this weekend if possible.

Besides being wet and sloppy, i'm wondering if it'll still be safe to walk on? Was out there the start of the week, and it was close to 22".

22" doesn't disappear in a few day Chinook. Surface water will be majority snow melt but yes some ice as well. Majority of your 22" will still there.

Rattlesnake was solid 14 under the watery stuff from the melted snow, Ressor Lake pushing 18. Would like to hear about 40 Mile.

^^^^ Where I was today had a solid 17" and the big pike were out this morning. I've put in a solid 15 day this season and can say I've only had one slow day and that was due to me exploring.

How did you make out today?

Im thinking of heading out tomorrow morning. Looks like its getting colder though which will get rid of all the water and slush.

Went out today and was nicely surprised. The water and slush was limited. The ice thickness didn't really change that much even with all the warm weather.
