Default Minister Tag.

I was wondering if anybody here has ever got lucky enough to draw a minister tag before. Also how would it effect your accumulated priority. I mean I believe you don't get results until August 4, but if you put in on a draw of the same species through relm, how would it go if you were awarded both ?

Does not affect priority.

Lol, thats something I never thought of....sure would be crappy to wait 10 years for an elk draw, finally decide to pull it and then get the ministers tag the same year, lol. Theres worse problems to have, but id rather spread out the fun a bit, haha.

It looks like the Bighorn Sheep tickets are sold out again this year.

Hey Potty,

Here's mine at 397 5/8. Had an awesome time hunting and scouting. We passed up lots of (20 or more) 350" or bigger elk. This was the biggest one that we saw or that I heard about getting killed.

I know the other Elk Minister's tag shot a DIY bull that went 369" and was a beautiful elk.

All around a great hunt if you can afford it or get lucky and win it!

Cheers

If you get drawn and get the Ministers tag you can fill both tags, or atleast you could in the past. I know a fella who got the 437 sheep draw and won the bighorn ministers raffle the same year. He filled both tags.

Update to this.....had a B&C Official Scorer put the tape to him on Saturday at the Foremost Measuring day, he officially scores 400 0/8 gross, net 370 7/8 typical.
