Calamari
Firecracker Burger and Caesar Salad
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Quite a few pints of Guinness and a few Strongbow
Got home an hour ago and cooked up some Duck Bacon and a Cheese Fondue with Pretzel Crisps

BGE Standing Rib Roast

Here is a pic of Sunday's Standing Rib Roast I did on the Big Green Egg using reverse sear. Set the Egg at 200F cooked it to 125 degrees F (4 hours) with some cherry wood smoke, rested for 45 minutes and then seared it back in the Egg at 600F for 8 minutes.
It's from our own beef which makes it taste even better...in our opinion LOL.

Smoked sausage gumbo. Only down side is it is the last of the smoked deer sausage.
