Does anyone else enjoy his content on YouTube? I like the perspective he brings from another country. A little bit of a Bark River fan boy, but that aside he has brilliant sharpening skills. His gutless method is super clean. Talks a lot about knife edge geometry and knife design too.
Yeah he's kind of a guru among the convex grind crowd. Interesting method to break down muscle groups straight off the hind quarter like that. He leaves a lot in the bush though doesn't he? I guess they don't have a rule against wasting edible meat.
