Default Where to sell my used bow

I have a 2009 PSE bowmadness that has been a great bow, but I feel it’s time for an upgrade. What is the best place to try to sell this?

Thanks!

Well, you could try right here in our classified section. Put a price and location in your ad, some good pictures, and see what happens.

Go here, and place your ad (start new thread):

Can try here of course.
The only thing is I have found older bows really don't hold their value. That could also be because I have left handed bows.

I just kept mine as a back up.

Keep it as a backup. Nothing worse than missing a perfect wind for your favorite stand because you have a bent sight, loose rest bolt, or some other PITA problem that would require target time instead of hunting.

Be lucky to get $200 for it all in

I agree. I had some interest in my current bow this past summer. I looked on some websites to determine what I thought was a fair price but I guess I was wrong.

May get a new one this year, but my existing bow stays either way.

Default Facebook

I have been buying and selling bows online for over 10 years now, and by far the most traffic and sales occur on Facebook.

And to the OP, sad to say that your current setup isn't work much at all.

Anytime I try to post a bow on Kijiji or FB market place my ad always gets flagged and removed. Perhaps you would need to use less “key” words that those sites look for

NEVER put bow for "sale" in your ad as that will get it flagged. Use the words "up for discussion" and everyone will know what's going on...except for the Facebook algorithms. 😉. In the comments section put the details such as year, brand, model etc and your good to go. Ironically Facebook has an archery buy and sell group but doesn't want people selling bows. Lol

Hang it on the wall in your trophy room, with some pics of game you took with it over the years.

I had a PSE Mach 6, which was a great bow in 2002 (or so...).

Last year I sold it in a garage sale for like $200, wish I'd kept it honestly.

Or just donate it to a youth archery club in your area, they are always looking for good used equipment
