Default Default Livingstone/Cataract Creek area RIVER CONDITIONS?

As title says,
just looking to get river conditions for Livingstone (area) rivers - and if they're fishable or even worth going to this weekend.
Thanks

Default Low Flow

Anglers are requested to voluntarily restrict angling activities to early mornings because of significantly low river flows and higher-than-normal water temperatures so fish experience less stress.

Low flow advisory.
