Default Auction buys

Was at an auction Saturday.

Purchased these items but have no idea what the mag is for or anything about this scope.

The mag looks like it's for a toy (to my untrained eyes)

It's made of steel and quite heavy.
I cant think of what it would shoot.

There were many hunting related items in this auction.

Even if it is a toy, I'll tell people its from my AK47 fully auto! haha

Is the mag from a paintball gun perhaps?

Hole seems small.

The end of a 30-30 shell just fits inside.

I thought paint balls were close to 1" dia?

I just googled it, and it says that Paintballs can very from .43 to .71 cal?

Ok, so it's possible that it's paintball.
I just google the 30-30 and it's about 1/2" at the base.

I always thought that a paintball magazine would be lighter and plastic.

Interesting scope and an even more interesting name!
Never seen it before, but the reticle is obviously a German No.4 style, but with Japan on it, I can only assume that is was built as a factory option for somee brand of rifle, and thee advertising department bastardized " Carl Zeiss" with "Carl Worst"?
That does not mean it is a piece of crap mind you, Japan at one time was noted for manufacturing great optical products, scopes among them.

The mag looks like its from a RAP4 ak47 paintball marker. If so they were designed to shoot the 40 cal (.43 actually) paintballs.

They sold it just before you bought the mag and scope. Then the vortex spotting scope sold. That was a heck of a buy
