Hi all!
I'm from a small fire department in zone 152. Please please have extinguishers or some sort of water extinguishers while your hunting in this area. We had a fire that was started by a vehicle a few days again and it burnt up 7 sections of grass 4800 acres of land. It only hit a rock and made a spark and like that it was a fire.
So please take care this hunting season in all southern zones.
Thanks

Even around here, grass is getting to be like straw, wouldn't take much. People may bitch about cows in the Forestry, but they keep grass short and less likely to burn.
