10lbs of green tomatoes
4lbs of onions
4 cups of sugar
5 cups of pickling vinegar
tsp dry mustard
2 tsp pickling spice
1 cup of pickling salt
slice tomatoes and onions thin
put In large pot mix in salt put a heavy plate on top let sit
over night drain in morning rinse
add all ingredients cook for a hour over stove
then can away water bath 15 mins
