I have a charter booked for three days in late September in Tofino with the hope of getting into tuna on the fly, would anyone here be interested in joining for one or more days? I bought an albacore in Ucluelet and ate it sashimi as it had been flash frozen in nitrogen for a while.
The commercial boats freeze them whole.
