Lost Wallet
given the honesty of AO members generally I though I would just throw this out into AO cyber space and see what bounces back.
My dad is visiting from Australia and he left his wallet (and visa card) at the BMO atm's on baseline Rd in Sherwood Park (we think) last week, he was using a cash card he kept in a travel pouch with his passport and cash in it so he didn't really need his wallet so he didn't miss it until he was packing to leave last night and realised he didn't have it.
It is a black leather "man purse" with a Northern Territory, Australia drivers license in it and some other Australian cards in it (no credit cards) and a few $100's AUD in the back compartment.
The Visa card was most likely left in the ATM and destroyed by the bank but on the off chance someone got it, it's a lime green and red "people's choice credit union" card.
banks contacted, other ads posted, police report filed with Strathcona RCMP.
He flys out tonight but if I can get it back ill courier it to Vanc where he is for two nights before he goes back to Aust.
Keep the $$$ as a reward.
