Default Ski-flyfishing boat

I am considering purchasing a boat. We would like a ski boat but I would also like a boat that 2 or 3 guys could fly fish out of. Is this even feasible? I have 2 kids 8 and 6 and a wife that would be in the boat for tubing knee boarding ect.
Any things I should be looking for? min size or horsepower? C&R only so live well not needed.

I would look into a walleye deep V combo type boat. Gives you the ski/tubing aspects but also has the casting decks to get a couple guys up over the gunnels to make casting easier.

I have a single console walleye rig right now and have fly fished 3 guys out of it at police with no problems.

My boat is pretty underpowered but if you went to a 17-18 foot full windshield with a maxed out motor in the combo style deep V it should give you the best of both worlds.
