Default fur prices are too low

Howdy,

It's alot of work to skin, flesh, clean, and dry a coyote hide in the raw to get top dollar at the fur market.

Yote prices are so low this year, its hardly worth the effort. You may find it a tough sell this year, but if you can find someone who is proficient at it that may work out.

You could check with a few of the hutterite colonies close to town.

Regards,

I dislike disagreeing with anyone but out here where I'm at I have never seen a a time when there was not a "use" for shooting them.

Hey lamhound what kind of business you in skinning 600 yotes? I done my fair share for personal selling but no where near that amount. And yes your right coyotes after mid Jan are usually worthless.

i think pitw was trying to say... the same reason i am hunting them... cuz they are pestering the farmers and the less of them out there, the better.
