For my proficiency test all I had to do was get another person who had a possession permit for a pistol. We did the test for each other and both have our carry permits now.

What is the final word now with the new rules?

Can I carry a dispatch pistol in a holster on my hip (unloaded) while driving a ATV checking traps?

Or does it need to be locked while driving the ATV and only on the hip when walking to check ?

Default ATC for trapline

Finally got approved for trapline. It is now very involved process. Need to be able to shoot like "Billy the Kid" lots of documents and very thorough interview by CFO officers.

Have restrictions changed. Can you carry it in your holster on Atv, snow machine or in your truck.

Anyone know? Can it be unloaded and holstered while using a ATV/sled? Or does it need to be locked up?
