Went for a quick drive to visit the landowner. Having the dog along didn't help, and I didn't have much time, but I shot five to christen the new 17 hornet.

5119+5= 5124.

Default great patch!

Got to hit a great gopher patch yesterday afternoon. Two of us went out and burnt a fair bit of powder; chalk up another 385 to the talley

5124 + 385= 5509

2 on the highway and another 3 in my parents driveway at their farm, no swerving or firearms involved.

5509+5=5514

In Claresholm area now so in need of a place to go after these guys but I don't know anyone around anymore

Too late to add to my previous post, but this is the result of a 185 yard head shot with the 17Hornet.

Default another relaxing afternoon!

Solo trip this time; new patch. Windy and overcast, but still beats the heck out of being at work, or facing the "honey-do"!
120 + 6907= 7027

Probably hits hard. What max range?

I'm shooting a Stoeger x50, and Gamo Dynamax in .177. I'm in an acreage subdivision so don't want to go heavier than .177. That calibre still reaches out and touches them effectively at 40m. I wouldn't go farther than that, though.

7821+60=7881 got my fiancee and her brother out sunday. First time for both of them. My fiancee anchored one at 100 yards offhand with her t-bolt in 17hmr. Pretty proud of her seeing as its her 4th time shooting ever.

looking to test out my new .204 if anyone needs a tag along. I would appreciate some gopher land to hunt near red deer/rocky. Will be down in rocky for may/June and like to drink beer and share 1:1.

22 hornet has 120 under its belt so far this spring, 20 extreme has 80, and the ruger number 1 Khornet i picked up on monday has 10
8131+210= 8341
my pasture is now devoid of gophers time to venture out further.

Couldn't get close to quite a few of them so we were bombing them in with the 22lr's. Range finder verified one at 162, a couple at 140 and 4 around 100 yards.
Straight up luck for the 162 yard shot. My son got one at about 140 yards. He's going to be a better shot than me for sure. He almost is now.
