Default QAD Exodus question

What's the difference between the "standard" and the "deep six"?

Style of insert in the arrow, they are not interchangeable. If you have deep six inserts you need the deep six compatible heads.

The idea with the Easton deep six is the insert is stronger and has more thread count to assist with the integrity of hunting arrow setups.

I'm shooting victory VAPS. I honestly had never heard of deep six inserts so I didn't associate the name with a insert.

On a different note, I assume the "swept" exodus is considered barbed and not legal in Alberta?

The full blade is good to go?

As long as the blades do not "lock" open and by design the head closes if withdrawn (does not resist), it is not considered barbed was how it was explained to me.

Yes, exodus swept is illegal, exodus full is legal and not barbed.

If they bother to check and you shoot the swept back/non solid design you could.
