Default long range

get the ones with the longest range and ear piece / mic cord. The ear piece is a must for bow hunting and/or stalking game.

Motorola is good and had up to 1 km range in the bush.

Somestimes, the clarity is not all that great with any of them if the radio is down tucked away in order clothers and/or blind. To solve that just take the radio out and point it in certain directions towards the sky.

They work great....
