I'm not sure if you can get the inserts only.
Might have to buy the complete ring set.

I got a kit with the 5 10 and 20 inserts when Wholesale was still alive.

Buddy needed a kit. Wholesale was kaput. Cabela's and BP didn't carry them. He phoned around with no luck. Not sure who he tried. Ended up getting them from Brownells.

I'd be trying places like Fly's and P&D first.

The Signature rings are a good system. You can get your POI close before you adjust your turrets.

You can get them direct from Burris, that is where I got my last set. Call their service number and they will send them to you.
