Rangefinder Class at ABA shoots
For a second year the ABA 3D Committee has added a rangefinder class again to the ABA sanctioned shoots. This is a combined class and focus is to promote attendance by allowing those who feel more comfortable using rangefinders to use them as they do in hunting. While this creates some challenges these have been mitigated by ensuring that shooters using a rangefinder only shoot with those who are also in the rangefinder class. There are also some other measures as well but the same as any other competition there is the expectation that those using rangefinders will not communicate regarding distance with archers not using rangefinders.
