Default Goalie Required

Would anyone be interested in playing Goalie Floor Hockey?

Edmonton Northside
Every Thursday
730pm to 930pm

Free to play, but must have own equipment.
Good fun environment
Don't need to be NHL qualified.

Just figured I'd throw it out here.

Thanks

Well Houch, I'ld volunteer but I do have to ask a few questions about
the rules and requirements.

1 I have money but do not have equipment.
2 I don't enjoy fun for absolutely everyone.
3 I am NHL qualified.

Just thought I'ld throw that back at ya.

Pass or Fail ?

One last question..
What does one exactly have to do to play "Floor Hockey" ?
I'm not used to the term, please explaine.

If I overstepped, let me know.

Puts the man on his toes or makes him think about it.
What was said or asked.

And how he did so and why.

If i was Houch and I was honest about the request I would have
replied in ether justified anger or at least a wimpy reply to my
questions about his inquiry to find out if he is real.

Still no reply, quoth the raven "never more".

Sorry Bonescreek, equipment is required as the group doesn't have an extra set.

Either that or his translator took the weekend off.

I thought Ken Holland had joined the forum and was so desperate he was leaving no stone unturned by posting here.

Just Why...most of us here don’t try and answer our own postings, or post back to back to back, unless of course some sorta spirit bottle juice was used during your conversations with yourself.
NHL qualified.. hahahahahaha!

My spidey senses are tingling .... I believe Mr. Bonescreek doesn't even live in Ab.

Unfortunately, got rid of my goalie equip some time ago, use to enjoy it, hope you find someone.

So there I was, down in the south of the US of A
Eating malt liquor and drinking chitlins
And this guy comes up to me and he says
"Where are y'all from?"
Well, I says "Yeah, I'm from Canada"
And he says "Golly!! You say you're from Canada? Do y'all play hockey?"
And I says "Do I play hockey?

Well, I play Air hockey, Ball hockey, Barn Hockey, Bubble Hockey, Field hockey,
Floor hockey, Ice hockey, Kitchen hockey, Road hockey,Roller hockey, Table hockey, Twist hockey
And I play hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey,
hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey, hockey all the time!
Take shots!

Floor hockey is generally played in a gymnasium.
I believe there are two versions.
1 - played with a ring made of felt and leather. Sticks are straight, similar to ringette.
2 - played with a ball or plastic puck. Players use a stick of traditional shape.

For folks who don't know the song.
