Default Bunny trouble

The pup is losing her mind every day looking at this s.o.b cottontail in the neighbours yard. Want to trap and release the little begger as shooting is not an option in calgary. Death by dog is also not good due to kids feelings towards the cuteness of the rabbit

Anyone have an inexpensive trap idea that i can use? I dont want to spend 60bucks at home depot on this bunny.

Slingshot and ice cubes.... Try to find the evidence later...

You won't kill it, but it'll deter it enough to not come back.

Broken guitar string makes a great snare.

Snaring may not be the best idea. Have you ever heard a rabbit in distress up close and personal?
I have, after I had snared it. It's an experience I prefer to not live through again.

If upsetting the kids is an issue he would get that in spades plus at least half the neighborhood down on him as well.

A sling shot or bow, after the kids have gone to bed would be my choice.

If he's in the city of Calgary a bow is not an option, unless he's willing to chance a world of hurt. In city limits a bow is treated the same as discharging a firearm in many municipalities.

Princess Auto has a good deal on small traps. Everyone should own one.

You have a dog problem not a bunny problem.
