Default besides hunting what all sports can be done with guns????

as we all get older, the strenuous strains that hunting puts on our aged abused bodies(eg heart attacks, knee replacements) hunting becomes virtually impossible for some of the older people to do, but they still have the desire to go out and do some shooting,
what all sports are there in Canada for these people,
i know there is trap /skeet maybe bench rest shooting, cowboy action , is there any other sports and things that come to mind?????

BPCR shooting... It's like golf for people who don't like to walk.

Trap, skeet, sporting clays, small bore silhouette, hi-power silhouette, Palma, f-class, bp-silhouette, rifle rodeo, 3 gun, ipsc, idpa, ppc, cowboy action.

And likely just as many I've missed.

Default types of shooting

Try sporting clays the walk courses are like golf with a shotgun , if walking is not your thing try five stand. There are several pistol shooting sports ipsic etc. Just getting out and shooting especially with new people is fun in its self.

Biathlon. Now if they would just come up with a downhill version

OK, maybe its not easier on the body than going hunting...

Actually, its 10km and not all of it is downhill... but I meant downhill skis! More of a James Bond kind of sport But the Skate X Shoot does look like fun; am I too old to learn how to skate board?

Never to old!
I cant walk a balance beam, but the extra width of the long board helps me,
I started practicing in parking lots of malls, now I can do modest trails, its good exercise and fun. Im 25, but I didnt get into it til last year, I met a 50 yr old from California who got into it because it was like surfing and snowboarding, but more accessible, and easier on the knees.

You can do swimming with rifle or skiing. Or play chess by moving figures with barrel
