Mine would have to be my .300 Weatherby Accumark.

favorite gun?
Is there such a thing as A favorite? If you nailed me to the cross and made me swear allegiance to one, it'd be this: my Tikka M658 7mm Rem Mag, scoped with a 3.5-10X44 Zeiss. Whole rig with honky Tikka leather sling weighs 10 lbs, but I'd be willing to pink card it against any standard production rifle ever built. With the factory ammo I use, a Federal Premium 165gr GameKing, I defy all you magnum lovers to show any ballistic superiority you think you might have, and when you see that there is none we can get to shooting. Mine will do sub 5 inch groups at 1000 yards and still have enough smack to cleanly kill any deer, not that I've ever tried it......but one day under the right circumstances.... In the right hands, this is a sniper's gun. I'm not in the class of really good shooters, but any big game critter on this continent is a dead one out to 450 yards if I've made the decision to shoot!

for me its a toss up between my browning medallion 300wsm and my a bolt stalker in the 280 rem. I'd probably lean a little more towards the 280 even though is a composite stalker (its kinda ugly).

Mine is my heavy barrel Sako Vixen 222. I'm not sure how many gophers I've shot with it, but lots of the little buggers. I have a completely stock 10/22 that my parents gave me for my 14 Christmas that has a lot of sentimental value for me as well.

On sentimental value it would be my Pre64 Model 70 in 270 Win. Was my dad's rifle and has accounted for more game than I can remember.
For all around big game hunting then my 300 Weatherby.
Or my first gun I ever bought for myself with my hard earned money when I was 15, a Ruger 10/22. Paid $115 total for it back in 1977. Has accounted for a lot of gophers in my youth in Saskatchewan and lately quite a few ruffies here in Alberta.

Marlin Super goose 10 gauge Bolt action....with 36" barrell Awesome goose and coyote gun!...call in yotes and shoot them on run... I use T shot and can drop coyotes out to 150 yards!.... Best way I have found to get multiples!....
Not a shoulder beater because it is heavy.....bolt alone weighs over 2 pounds!...
However I leaned back and shot straight up at some geese..... Shoulder blades hit ground!..... But the goose also came down!.... Still have to respect it!...

Like most others, I like ALL my Rifles.
But I am kinda partial to my Mark Bansner .338 WM, as it seems more often than not, its the one I grab for most everything. For ANY game & any Hunting distance shot I may want to take, I have utter, complete confidence in this particular Iron.

Love my 204's. A Savage 12 VLP and BTVSS. Super accurate for high volume shooting in a field full of prairie poodles.

My Carl Gustaf 7mm Rem Mag no doubt is my favorite- but they all have their place and would not part with any!

I am torn between my Sako 75 .300 Win. Mag. and my very old Midland 30-06. Each is used for different sizes of game and have their purpose.
Both shoot straight and consistent groups. The wood stock on the Midland has a couple of cracks that aren't detrimental to it's ability to shoot true obviously. I'd like to re-stock it, but I'm afraid a new stock would mess with what is working with it. Probably cheaper to buy a whole new rifle for what a stock would cost anyway.
