Default Shoot gophers in bow zone

Q: Can I shoot gophers on my own property within the bow zone.

Best answer is (without knowing where you are in the bow zone), call F&W and your local county office....there are some counties that have firearm discharge by laws.

Phoned county they had no idea so phoned fish game as long as i'm 200 yards from buildings go for it

In Sturgeon county you're good to go with gophers and/or coyotes on land that you have permission on.

I believe the restriction is for centerfire.

Default your own land ??

On your own property you can shoot from the house !!! I do it all the time, bench set on my deck and I shoot multiple bricks of 22 and lots of center fire. Of course I have 20 acres and my nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away.
