Default Nice day out Trout fishing...

Went out Trout fishing on Saturday for a few hours to get out for some fresh air and sunshine. Managed to catch a few nice ones and cleaned them up and de-boned them for the brine. Smoked them and vacuum sealed for the next road trip, mmm yummy.

Nice greasy trout bud. Thanks for taking time to post the pics. Is that a propane smoker or electric? Just curious.

Hello pikeman06- The Trout was smoked in a home made propane smoker and took about 3 1/2-4 hours.
