Thanks for posting it up!!!
ya, that pic was taken when i got back to the staging area. i had backed off the straps, using my hands underneath the shoulder straps to carry some of the weight with my arms for the last little bit. i think a new pack is on next years list...i dont think that $100 MEC pack was designed for much of a heavy load lol...the shoulder straps were moaning and groaning the whole way out

This one already been up but not on official sheep thread! Ram is either 7.5 or 8.5, tough to tell, im near sure 8.5 though. Profile pic doesnt do ram justice, hes 3 inches past legal both sides. 15.5 in bases. Congrats to all on thier rams, awesome stuff, cant wait to see some late season haul bring em on!

Man o man, ya now i know Dave! Dad and i killed one in back in 2000, but i was a pup and just didnt know what it meant lol. Dad tried for 20 years off and on, we lucked out on that trip, but i didnt understand. Now after so much work all these years (on and off) trying to replicate that day, ya man, it was worth it and then some. How does one put it in words. Anyone who has been trying for years, have taken one, multiple, dont matter to me, you sheep hunters operate on a different level and are in a completely different league boys, my hats off.
