Default Film editing GoPro and camcorder footage

Does anyone know where you can take courses to learn how to do this, or is there anyone out there that would like to make some extra money this winter teaching me how to do this thanks

Actually, youtube has a number of good tutorials on GoPro editing, if online is your thing.

I signed up for a video editing course through continuing education here in Edmonton. They cancelled it before it was to start.

I like to use the voice commands to start and stop recording. Then after a day of hunting or fishing, join a number of clips into a video. What is a good editor to do that. The ones I have tried all sacrifice quality for file size. Is there an editor that works with the original GoPro format that will save to the same format with no loss in resolution without a large increase in file size?
