Am I losing my mind or was there a dead antelope on the henday this morning north of baseline road? Anyone else see that? Southbound lane

Can’t be an antelope or can’t be me losing my mind? Lol. As I was coming up to it I was thinking there’s a deer. Then I saw the colours of the hide and the unmistakable shape of the horns. Could it have fallen out of or off of someone’s truck?

Two of them hung out just outside of Lacombe this year, so I wouldn't rule it out. Odd but possible

Actually saw a couple off H 2 near Olds years ago and one of my neighbors claims hes's seen them further west. But then, a mountain goat was found just west of Cremona at one time.

We used to have a couple that would hang out on the outskirts of town. There was another small herd between Marshall and lashburn we used to see almost daily until a buddy of mine seen 3 stacked in a pile with a pilsner can on top right off the side of his lease road. Since then I haven't seen any around but don't go east much anymore.

One of these things is not like the other. This lone doe was mingling with a herd of cattle a little south of wainwright this afternoon.

A buddy of mine took some pics of one on the edge of Fort Sask last year from the window of his Townhouse. I couldn't believe it!
