I have a 2500 lb piece of machinery I need to load in Edmonton and move into BC just west of Calgary and unload. ~325 miles loaded, (YMMV). Next week or maybe two, or can do on week-end.
A good solid flat deck truck or trailer would work,
but ability to load and unload with a mounted crane would save hiring and coordinating one at both ends of the trip.
Enterprising trucker can probably buy some new treated fence posts or lumber for a back haul.
