I have built a few for other guys and they are using slower powders. I'm not sure what bullets they ended up with. I would try re -22 and 225 Barnes x or 225 Seirra game kings .
Do you have a specific purpose in mind ? For plinking try Trail Boss and pistol bullets

I run rl-22 with 225g tsx at 3100fps in a 25" tube
And h-4350 with hornady 250sp at right around 2900fps
I built two of em and both liked these combos h-4831 also worked well with the 250g

A side note on the trail boss and pistol bullets i have a firforming gun built for mine and use this combo to form and i do get bullet sepparations occasionally
