It's difficult at best for a revolver to be a single shot.
You seem to mixing up the terminology and a lot more info is needed to give you even a ball park figure.

Is this possibly a Colt Frontier Scout?

By the way, don't be surprised if this gets moved to the guns and ammo section.

Kind of like asking what is a diamond worth. Need a lot more detail than you have provided. Post pictures, any and all markings, age if known, overall condition and we can try to help. With what you posted I don't even know what make of gun it is.

I think he probably has a single action Colt Scout as Bobinthesky said. Condition is everything, as well as when it was made. Could be worth anything from $100 to maybe $750+....do you have box and papers? is it mint? or shot out and bluing have gone and pitted? How long is barrel (is it a buntline?). What shape are the grips in? Lots of questions that need answered before you can stick a value on it.

When we were young in Peace Country we would make 22 single shot pistols by cutting down barrel in single shot rabbit 22. They were illegal but us fools did not know any better. I would think they would not be worth much $$ now not sure if you could register them.
