Default Community cooperation and new range development

http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2...lberta-canada/

Nice story about firearms owners and local government working together. Good reason for a trip to the area to shoot, shop, and spend some money and tell them we appreciate what they're doing.

These types of projects, especially for shooting ranges are really in everyone's best interests for safety, economic, and historic regions. Nice to see they were able to cooperate and get this done.

A nice win, win story.

If you get far enough away from the HWY 2 corridor, good things can happen. It is definitely a good news story.

That's pretty awesome! Explains why 50 bmg is so hard to get too.

That's phenomenal.

I'd love to see something like this in Central Alberta.

Looks awesome! I'm headed there in two months for a precision rifle shoot. Should be sweet.

What a range!!! Haven't seen one like this before. The dirt work is unreal. No wonder the CFO certified it.

Anybody know if they offer guest passes? Love to come by, do a little shooting and show my support by spending some money in the area.
