Default Predictions on fur prices

So what do you think the fur prices will do? Will the tanking oil prices and Russian economy affect us?

Russia will be in recession, China is slowing down, looks like we may be back in the weeds this year. Doesn't matter to us we will continue to manage our line.

If I knew, then we would get rich selling the info.
Its almost like farming you may have the best wheat in the province but if grade a wheat tanks in the market. You wished you planted canola. Hahaha
So as a trapper I am going after muskrat and coyote, limited martin and mink, very few beaver. I am not sure if the beaver demand will be there. Nafa says they want coyotes.
So roll the dice. Try your luck. Wish I could tell you more.

I think there's going to be a lot more coyote an rats at this next sale than in recent yrs. that'll hurt sale prices. Our dollar being way lower than last yr will help prices.
I'm calling for just a touch higher than the May sale. Unfortunatly my crystal ball has a smudge in it so I'm not sure but weasels will be on a high. Lol
