Not sure y people are arguing this driveing down the rds spotlighting u have one intention on your mind useing lights to set up decoys and around camp are not even in the same catagory

I hope F&W responded to your call. I have learned that every time I have had to report something (this past year was really bad) to ask for a call back. They may not do anything but will have to justify it.

Grew up in BC. Yes the BCSC court granted TWO (2) bands the "right" to spotlight, but they also made it very clear that it only applied to these 2 as they were able to prove that they used candles traditionally. Unfortunately, it has become the same old story. The RCMP and F&W refuse to pursue charges against certain groups as they believe it will escalate the situation, even when directly ordered by the courts. Both Provinvial Supreme courts and the SCC have routinely ruled blockades are illegal and ordered police to remove them yet nothing is done.
