Let it be known I do 3 A&W Grandpa burgers (triples) in one sitting once every two weeks. Gawd I love those. They go down like 3 smarties too...

I used to work at rotten ronnies, I ate the food every day for a year.

That was when I got up to 140 pounds, now i'm back down to 115.

I rarely ever ate fast food before that, and I rarely eat it now.

At almost 47 years old with an 11 year old boy and 15 year old girl at home I cannot believe how common bullying is still with all the antibullying campaigns and whatnot that i folks my age never had. But that’s another topic and thread...

All you need to do is to post your picture with your kids on their Facebook page... problem solved! Oh and don’t forget to add a couple of fotoshopped tattoos on your arms and chest, something like skull with bones and the slogan under it:” The beating will continue until moral improves”....

Monday - McDees
Tuesday - Taco Tuesday, sometimes gordita
Wednesday - Burger King - King deal with shake
Thursday - KFC triple play, or Pizza Hut
Friday - Peter's Double Double, fries, and Banana shake
Saturday - Buffet at Cowboy's Casino
Sunday - Wendy's - Spicy chicken sammich, frosty
That's for dinner. For lunch and breakfast I eat healthy to balance it out. When I get my disability cheque, it's Super Size week!

I used to live off fast food and then I moved to the country and changed my lifestyle, eating habits. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt and remember telling my wife that I thought something was wrong with me because my #2 looked different lately

Nothing like a good home cooked meal

I'm working on it, I like my meat blue rare so that doesn't leave me a lot of options. Unless you can eat wild game rare, then I will have more options.

I'm 22 years old, I weighed 90 lbs until grade twelve. That's when I discovered beer tasted really good {especially in class.}

Yes eat it rare. Best cuts of venison should be cooked no more than medium rare in my opinion. Other meat is good for burger, sausages, jerky, etc. OR stew, potroast crockpot recipees.

X2, can't imagine cooking wild meat any more than rare/medium rare...same as beef.

Yup same with me, but maybe a little rarer than you. My buddys never take the heart, liver, kidneys or other parts. Dang I have no problem taking those. I like eating liver raw in small strips, dang that's good. Moose has a very large liver and heart.. Dang will eat beef liver raw too. Tried seal raw one time, well that did not get along with me too good.

Moose heart in a stir fry is excellent.

Be very careful with eating liver raw. Particularly raw beef liver.

It is common for liver to be infected with Toxocariasis. It's basically a natural and quite common parasite that if eaten by mammals including humans can eventually lead to lung worm.

At the end of the day, everything in moderation. But when it comes to fast food, my reasoning for not eating much of it is alot better than others reasoning for eating it. You cant out train a crappy diet no matter how many hours a week you are in the gym. Your body speaks and reflects the truth when it comes to your diet and how active you are.

A&W (I wonder if they will do a 'beyond meat' burger as a mozza and bacon?), Timmies or Subway on occasion. That would be two or three times a year, normally when on the road. Usually have food packed for long trips, but at times stuff happens.

I was "cured" of KFC 40 some years ago... Track meet at a school where a KFC was located close to the track. Wind was blowing such that the odors from the KFC wafted over one end of the track. Try running the 1,500 and 3,000 when you want to puke every lap from the aroma of the deep fryer coming up to temp. To this day I can't even look at the logo without getting queasy.

Worked Dairy Queen as a kid. We had regulars that came in like clockwork.

One person in particular stood out.

The person ordered a triple cheese burger. Large fries. Onion rings. Large strawberry milkshake. And a large Diet Coke.

Still scratching my head on that.

In university my binge studying consisted of two Big Macs, cheeseburger, large fries, large milk shake and a two litre Pepsi with a dozen donuts. Half chocolate glaze and half rainbow sprinkles.

Meal of studying champions.

I've never been a real heavy consumer of fast food, but lately have cut it out completely. Wife is on a keto type diet so I am kinda doing it too. I don't need to lose any weight, I've been right around 160 for years now, but i figure cutting out sugar and processed foods is probably a wise choice, now that I've hit the big 40..
