Default Fast food. Eat it or not?

https://business.financialpost.com/n...uarter-pounder

Saw this article. I can't eat Big Macs without getting upset stomach.

Maybe it was all the preservatives.

Definitely passing on the pickles.

Who eats fast food?

Just came back from McDonald’s actually, my guilty pleasure. Once a week for me. Takes out the kids and skip the dishes. Subway or McDonald’s.

Otherwise I cook at home exclusively and eat very clean. I never have gotten an upset stomach from McDonald’s or any other fast food. Many people I talk to always tells me that fast food causes immediate gastrointenstal problems for them but there is never a shortage or people eating fast food. I think people tend to exaggerate sometimes.

As a family every few weeks on average. Usually on the go or just don't feel like making supper.

I pack lunch to work, maybe once every few months do I get fast food. I like it but can't justify the costs.

I work with guys that buy it daily for lunch. Lot of money spent. Food plus has getting it .

Never eat that mess. if I have to ,I made bad choices. Plan ahead is my deal.
Look into the amount of antibiotics that are in processed foods and how it effects stomach function, digestion etc. We need those enzymes to be in full force. Lots of issues because of the constant poisoning. I shoot it, grow it and cook it when ever possible.

We usually go to the range Sunday mornings if the weather is good.
Stop at McDonalds on the way for a breakfast bagel...otherwise no.
For one thing if three of us get meals at most fast food joints it's going to total $30. For not much more you can actually get real food from someplace that isn't trying to poison you.

I went with once a week on average.

Grab subway or taco time as a family when we are rushing around from one thing to another and my guilty pleasure when heading out to the mountains is a coffee, hashbrown, and breakfast sandwich from either Tim's or Rotten Ronnies.

I stop by McDonald's once every couple of weeks...for coffee only. I don't function very well on junk food or processed food in general. Home cooked meals, that's the ticket. I also knocked off bread/pasta/wheat and carbs in general, dropped 20 lbs in the last two months, feeling way better. Though I do need to keep prunes handy...

Is the A&W Bacon and Eggs with Toast considered a fast food?

I was consuming lots of fast food right up until my stroke. Cholesterol must have been right off the charts. I might have a burger once every 2 or 3 weeks now. If you ever want rapid weight loss, have a stroke and be tube fed for a couple of months, 30 pounds real easy!

Once a week, fast food Friday. It started as a treat for the kids after a week of slogging through school. Both are graduated now but I still continue the tradition. It can be Mcd, A&W, Subway, donairs etc. They get the meals, I do a Cheeseburger or Jr chicken. Something small.

I do like taking a breakfast meal from A&W or Mcd if work has me on the road.

Not fond of mushburgers, so never McD's.
McD's is one option for a clean washroom on the road, as is Tim Horton's.

I am beginning to think that McD's and Timmie's food takes a shortcut through my intestinal passages...

Mind you, mine are shorter than the average human's to start with, but that's another (stinky) story for another day...

Subway, Freshee, Toss'd and "better" fast food choices a few times a week .... maybe edo or mucho burito every once in a while .....yes.

Rarely the real typical greasy fast food like McD's or stuff like that - it just makes me feel tired and kind of gross in the afternoon .... doesn't really wreak havoc on my intestines like it does other people, but it's just "heavy" I guess.

I prefer an occasional burger from Delux or the Sawmill to that of a weird tasting meat and cheese burger from McDicks.
