Isn't basically shared around on the different social media sites?
Some on big shares it and all of a sudden your hits climb by the thousands.
You really need to look at a way to make some cash on this.

Better get a google ad sense account open ASAP. Contact google and YouTube and get the steps to get it done. Your missing out on money per views already. It's goog to Blow up and give you nothing. Or you cAn sit back and collect while it blows up. PM f you need any help.

They want to use my video so I said ok it they make a donation to BC whale research versus paying me anything.
She said likely on tomorrow.
Anyone know a pro fisherman whale research outfit in BC?

You ought to cash in on this if you can. Why not get paid for it and then take the money and donate it to a whale research group of your choice? That way they get their donation and you get a receipt for tax purposes.....win/win!
I admire your generosity but there's a better, more business like, way of going about it IMO.

CRAZY MORNING
Woke up. Have an urgent email to call Global TV this morning about the video. I have a call from a Japanese TV show wanting an interview. I just confirmed the video to go on Daily Planet tonight (Discovery Channel).
Good thing I took today off. I am thinking I will be very busy.

If I project the revenue...looks like about $500...so it is not a big score. Maybe if it goes to 1 million hits...

not sure. CTV BC put it up without asking. Global BC is asking.
Japanese TV is trying to track me down...the time change is a problem. They are saying they won't pay because they are non profit.

This video was taken by one of our salmon guides up near the Queen Charlotte's, fishing for salmon and ending up with a killer whale on the line for a short while. Supposedly he sold the rights to Canada Tourism or some such (Come to Canada and catch a whale!!!) and was getting residuals.
