Spring Gardening Chores

The snow is gone, what next?

I just cleaned up the leaves and the dead grass.
Not sure if I should:
Dethatch/aerate the lawn?
Apply fertilizer - what kind?
Overseed the lawn?
Seed the annuals?
What about dandelions, insects and pest control?

what do you guys do and in what sequence?
